How is billing calculated for Appsentia?
Your monthly bill is the plan platform fee plus a per-employee rate based on your active employee count bracket. Professional starts at R700/month minimum (platform fee R350 plus R30/employee for 1 to 20 employees). Annual billing reduces your total by 20%. All prices include VAT.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can switch between Professional and Enterprise at any point. Your pricing updates automatically based on your current active employee count. No lock-in periods on monthly billing.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After 30 days, your trial expires and you choose a paid plan to continue. Your data is retained. There is no automatic charge. You upgrade when you are ready.
What if we have more than 1,000 employees?
Self-serve pricing covers up to 1,000 active employees. Above that, we structure a custom enterprise quote. Contact sales at support@appsentia.com or call +27 21 770 1271.
Does Appsentia integrate with Payspace?
Yes. Appsentia has a native Payspace integration. Enter your API credentials inside the platform, run the initial sync, and a nightly automated sync at 2:00 AM keeps your data current. Professional and Enterprise plans include Payspace integration. CSV and Excel upload is available on all plans.
Is Appsentia POPIA compliant?
Yes. Appsentia is built with POPIA compliance as a design requirement. The platform includes full audit logging of all critical operations, company-level data isolation, encrypted storage for HRIS credentials, and minimal PII collection. A formal POPIA compliance posture document is available on request.
